AI & automation
We find the repetitive work between your systems and remove it. A word of honesty first: not everything needs AI. When it doesn't, we'll say so — it's cheaper for you and less work for us.
Enquiry handling
An enquiry lands — website, email, form — and it's in your CRM with a draft reply waiting for your approval. Nothing sits unanswered over a weekend.
Document intake
Invoices, applications, IDs arrive. The details get read and land in the right system. Nobody retypes them.
Reports that write themselves
The weekly numbers pulled and summarised before you've had coffee. You read it, you don't assemble it.
Follow-ups that actually happen
Quotes chased, reviews requested, renewals flagged. The WhatsApp follow-up that wins the job but gets forgotten when the week fills up.
- A process audit — where the hours actually go, in your words
- A map of what to automate and, just as important, what to leave alone
- The build, connected to the tools you already pay for
- An approval step wherever tone or judgement matters
- Monitoring — a broken automation tells us, not you, a month later
- One page, in plain English, listing what runs and when
Indicative — also available as an ongoing monthly programme. Quoted individually.

Will AI be replying to my customers?
Only if you decide it should. Our default is drafts a human approves. Where full automation genuinely makes sense we'll say so, and where it doesn't we'll say that too.
I'm not technical — is that a problem?
No, it's normal. You approve a plain-English map of what will run before anything gets built.
What happens when an automation breaks?
It tells us. Everything we ship is monitored, so failures surface immediately instead of quietly piling up. On a monthly programme, fixing it is our job.
