How do I know what it'll cost before you build it?
We scope first. You get a written specification with a fixed price against it. The price only moves if the scope moves — and that happens in writing too.
Do we own the software?
Yes. Code, data, hosting accounts — all yours. If we fell out tomorrow, your system keeps running without us.
Can it connect to what we already use?
Usually. The workshop system syncs its invoices straight into Zoho Books for the accountant. CRMs, calendars and payment systems have similar connection points.
